I really like the perspective that you used for this. It feels like I'm looking up the stairway in some abandoned building. The lighting that the lights cast on the stairway create a slightly gloomy feeling, or one of dread (as if one is going up the stairway expecting bad news). This is makes quite the impact on the viewer, especially me, since I can picture myself on these stairs (and the bad lighting is from a faulty bulb on the 3/4 landing. It also looks very smooth and the stairs themselves look really good, too. The tiled effect makes them see more real and more like they belong in the pic. Very well done, by the way.
